Amazing story in _The New Yorker_

I’d thought about mentioning this after I read it in the print edition, but, unsurprising, failed to. I just noticed it on Arts & Letters Daily.

On June 8th, an administrator rushed into the principal’s office. She said that she had been watching a television program the other night about one of the world’s most infamous impostors: Frédéric Bourdin, a thirty-year-old Frenchman who serially impersonated children. “I swear to God, Bourdin looks exactly like [teen-aged student] Francisco Hernandez Fernandez,” the administrator said.
