Average Joe (Stupid is the not-so-new Average)

Joe the Plumber wants to let the world hear the stories of Israel’s Average Joe’s. And he’s going to have the chance.

The Ohio man who became a household name during the presidential campaign says he is heading to Israel as a war correspondent for the conservative Web site pjtv.com.

Samuel J. Wurzelbacher (WUR’-zuhl-bah-kur) says he’ll spend 10 days covering the fighting.

He tells WNWO-TV in Toledo that he wants to let Israel’s “‘Average Joes’ share their story.”

[H]e agreed with a McCain supporter who asked if he believed a vote for Obama was a vote for the death of Israel.

Are we all now in agreement that “the people” are idiots, and that elitism is a good thing? Excellent.

  1. Oh my goodness. They created a monster.

  2. Probably has more foreign policy experience than the candidates.

  3. Great post! It’ll be interesting to see what comes of this.

By the way, I really enjoy reading your blog. Keep up the good work.

I’ve just started a new blog that will be highlighting the dangerous advances of the secular progressive movement (pro-gay “rights”, pro-abortion, anti-religious freedoms, etc). Unfortunately, most Christians still don’t know what’s going on out there and the mainstream media certainly isn’t covering it.

We’re looking to build a solid group of social conservatives who’ll frequent our site regularly and contribute to some good discussions. I hope you’ll check us out!

If you’ll add us to your blogroll we’ll gladly add you to ours. Just drop us a comment over at our blog so that we’ll know to add you. Our blog is called Religion and Morality.
